I wanted a MIT Atlantis and Riv recommended a 50. I told Will that I would not be using it as a single track but as an all rounder with some light trails. I'm at the top of the 50 PBH range and the bottom of the 53. I got the 53 and it is the best fitting bike I have owned. Hope this helps. On
