I'll give them a call and see how that works for them, I don't see anything
on the reservation form that should be a problem.

Hiya Mark, do you think you could put that cabin in my name? I think I

Shoot! Sorry to hear that Marc, I'll spread the word
I had a chance to prove most of the route the other day. I also stumbled
across a convenience store and a sandwich/ice cream shop about 4 miles from
the cabins. Since it's directly on our route down I figure we can grab
dinner to go
Well Crap!! A family situation has come up and I have to bail on this
trip. I was really looking forward to it. I have a cabin (Tilipe)
reserved and paid for, if anybody wants it I'll let the town clerk know so
you can use it.

let's meet at the Village of Pittsford Community Library front entrance at
1pm. It'll be open and there will be bathrooms and a water fountain for
last minute stuff. Here's a google maps link:

Towpath Bike Shop was nice enough to offer their **rear** parking
I just reserved my cabin. There's room to share if anybody is interested.
What will be our meeting place and a safe place to park my car for a couple of
days?

Hiya Dwight,
Call the clerk's office and they'll take care of you. (585) 394-1120 x2225
Read the thread to see how the process works, it's a little antiquated.
Cheers

Hi Marc!
Yeah it's a bit antiquatedthe way I did it is I called first to see if
the cabin I wanted was availablethey reserve it for you and direct you
to fill out the formthen you send the form and paymentand they
respond with final confirmation.
It's a very easy process

I might be missing something, but how do you find out which are available
for that weekend? I don't see any contact information beyond the
reservation form.
I take it we're looking at Pittsford the 6th, riding down and returning on
the 8th is that right?

I'd love to join you but have been hobbled all summer with a foot injury.
I see a surgeon next week and fear bad news.

FYI there will be a few of us starting from the shop/City if you want to
add miles
And day 2 can include a couple different routes for people who want
something more challenging/spirited.
