That's a short flume on the PG Main Ditch trail segment between Kewen Mill Road and Old Oak Ranch Road. That ditch segment is pretty long and undeveloped--five miles mostly through the Stanislaus Forest. There's a short video clip of riding the ditch on my IG post:
