Evan, Leif and Franklyn, Thank you for your comments; I am pleased with how it turned out. Leif, The powdercoater recommended a light sanding before I painted to scuff the surface a bit. I sprayed two coats of enamel and used a brush for the windows on the fork. I followed someone from this
