Hi Kiley. I'm running 9sp Microshift thumbies reversed and it works really well. As Joe says, you install (without cabling) the original left/FD shifter on the right side under the bar, and original right/RD shifter on the left. I'm not sure what you mean by easy to reverse on the holders or
