Yes, they are Velocity Dyad rims. I found mounting them very easy. I didn't need tire levers, just rolled on with a little grunt and both thumbs. Definitely far from the most difficult tire I've mounted. I've had challenges mounting tires to Velocity Deep-V rims, but the tires were 23-35mm

Absolutely. The leather is quite heavy, which is good and bad in some ways. Good in that it's stiff and maintains it's position for optimal coverage. Bad because it's too thick to mount on the inside of the fender, which would look a bit nicer in my opinion. Leather isn't really the best

Could be wrong, but it looks like you're running Velocity rims on the Atlantis...Can you speak to the mounting of the tires on your rims? Easily mounted, or only with care and patience? I've been told mounting Compass tires can be a challenge on Velocity synergy rims (not sure about the other
