I should have mentioned which bike and bars and derailers: Cheviot 60cm Tosco 55cm bars. The shifters are mounted low (near the flat section of the handlebars where the stem attaches). Front derailer: Shimano RX100 double (old, same pull as most others), probably FD-A551 model. Rear
