3/8", though a bit shy, is considered 10mm. It will not fit in the stock
Crust Fork.

I got my wheel from bike Friday. I also have a kid carrying Clydesdale
forked Rivendell. It’s awesome...until you get to any incline. But really
it’s a spectacular combo for a do it all semi normal cargo bike.
