Thanks for all the replies and suggestions (especially Community Bikes, I can’t wait to check them out!). I’ve got the stem, shifters (attached to the stem), and I’m donating my own crankset ... so I can replace it with an upgrade (IRD 46/30t double from Boulderbicycle.bike like the IRD Defiant

Do you know about Community Bikes in Santa Rosa ? They are a bike co-op and have several bins of used parts including the ones you need. My wife and I recently did a build for her new VO polyvalent frame
