I wouldn’t be apposed to 105’s. Can you send me a private message with a
price?
Thanks

Thanks, that’s probably the direction I’ll try if I can’t track down ones to
match my derailleurs.

I am not sure if you mean drifters when you say STI. A shifter I have
always wanted is the micro-shift 9-speed shifter.

I think Sora R3000 shifters pull a different amount of cable than older
Shimano 9 speed systems, so be aware of this as you're selecting shifters
and derailleurs (different in the front too).

I can vouch for the newer Sora shifters, they are really nice, same feel as
the fancy ones. I have been using a Sora 9speed set on my gravel/mud bike
for 3 seasons, I am happy with them. Maybe more so than an older fancier
pair that have already been to the rodeo.

I can't vouch for them personally but I have read that the Sora R3000 9spd
shifters are pretty good considering their price point. Not fancy looking
but they do apparently perform well.

I have a set of Shimano 105 9 speed shifters.
They are black if that fits your aesthetic.
Lemme know and I'll snap a pic and discuss price.
I believe they are this model: Shimano 105 ST-5510
