I've been using SPDs, but as I was ramping up my mileage for my first century
was getting a lot of discomfort. Put my grip kings back om and instant relief.
A pair of sneaker pedals should arrive today to try out also.

I'm running my first pair of Thin Gripsters. I like them a lot so far.
They really do grab well. The MKS Sneakers and the Grip Kings both have
kind of a concave area in the middle that I had gotten used to, so the Thin
Gripsters being MUCH flatter almost felt convex at first, but I've grown

I put a pair on my Long Haul Trucker a couple of months ago. They're the
best flat pedals I've tried!
