Not quite sure what you mean by "minimalist dress and casual", but I'll
give it a shot. All but 1 bike have SPDs -- M540, M540, 7410 -- and only
the Hon Solo has clips 'n' straps. For the SPDs, I have a pair of beige
Lake laceups that work with all my bikes, and those are the dressiest SPD
shoes I
I wear Soft Star Hawthorne to work for Business Casual. They are made in the
USA. They are higher end on price, but very well made and can be resolved. Soft
Star also makes running shoes. I do not have to wear a suit to work so don't
have to worry about dress shoes.

I go barefoot for everything, only wearing footwear when conditions require. I
have settled on Xero shoes, as they are wide enough for my forefoot (a rarity)
and their soles grip far better than Lems.

I purchased some Evolv Cruzers earlier in the year on a tip from Nam &
Benedict. Apparently they are “approach” shoes. I chose to get the non-laced
version to remove the chances of them hooking my 3x.
They are incredibly light and have tons of grip. I have trouble not wearing
them everywhere.
Since some of you are minimalists, I was wondering about what you wear for
biking, dress, and casual.
Do minimalist shoes wear well? Last long?
