Happy holidays everyone. Since the perimeter of the island of Manhattan is now mostly bike paths, it's possible to circle the island by bike with minimal street use. Best time of year? Now, when it's cold outside, and the usual congestion of joggers/rollerbladers/ walkers are indoors. Best tool for the job? Something with clearance for wider tires (some sections are rough!).
