We decided that unless it’s a solid built-in kickstand like on the Haul-a-day or Bakfiets, it wasn’t worth the risk. We do everything while straddling the bike, holding it up ourselves. Limits some options, but, at least on our uneven terrain around here, we think it was safer that way.
