I have been training for the Seagull. I am hoping to do that one.
Not sure if I am ready for the IH100 though on the 7th.
Don't know if it is hilly or flat.

It is neither. The seagull is flat. Flat is maybe 1,000 feet of
elevation for 100
I am hoping to ride the 43 or 60 mile option on my Atlantis depending on how I

Bruce - exactly where on the rim did this separation crack appear?
Around the spoke holes? I have an OC that's been on the rear of one of
my bikes for about 10 years. Don't know how many total miles are on it,
but I'll need to check it for cracks if this is a known problem.

OK, thanks for the photos and info. First of all, my Velocity OC's were
made in Australia. As I said, I've had 'em for about 10 years, by have no
idea how long they might've been sitting around in the retailer's stock
before building. Secondly, they do not have ferruled spoke holes like the
Found another spacer and nut for that R559 if anyone wants it!
Also, feel free to send me what you think is a fair price for those power
shifters. I originally go them for a vintage rebuild, but when the old
derailleurs broke (Because they were plastic!) I opted to turn it into a
single-speed.
Hey that looks familiar ...it's my bike! Pics are from previous owner. Tires
are 700c and there is plenty of clearance for fenders under the brakes. The cut

Bottom line is you probably need to go braze on custom to get them to work.

My bad. After taking a look at the pic's from you and Steve and another
look at my rims (and a bit of Web research) I realized that I have the
Velocity Aerohead OC rims, not the Synergy. Can't recall exactly what

Thanks, all, especially for the links to beautiful frames.
I'm deducing that 42mm tires will fit past the pads on Paul Racers. Anyone
run wider tires than that with those brakes? They're probably not a first

I like the ubiquitous plastic grocery bag. Hoard a few before they are

Hey group,
So I thought I loved the Albastache bars but realized I love the Albatross bars
more. Looking to buy a set of used Nitto Albatross and a Nitto 11cm x 25.4 x
180mm or 225mm quill length if you happen to have that stuff laying around.
Thanks,
