Good to hear that from a local. Even a fence would not dump a stolen bike for
$30! I have always favored independent store owners -- like bike shops -- and

Yes, 3M reflective tape is great. I put some on my girlfriend's Soma for
visibility. I used small strips (like 1/4 wide) on the inside of the
