Easy peasy. Before sticking the plugs into the bar, slightly tighten the screw so that the internal nut butts up snugly against the inside of the plug. Insert plug in bar, tighten as per usual. I didn't know they came in different colors; have only used Velox ones. Will have to order some colors.
