Ann, I'm not sure about maximum tire clearance, but I emailed the seller. He confirmed that his PBH is 79cm, so saddle should be around 69cm. From the pictures in the ad, it looks like you would have 4cm of room to drop the saddle a little, especially if you went away from a sprung saddle
