Thanks Michael. I've got the cable set up pretty close to the tire-a little
Just thought I would mention that Betabrand is having a sale and the
knickers are 30% off. I can send people a link that will get you $15 off
$75 - which is is a little more than the knickers so you need to find
something cheap to add to the cart.
Email me off list of you want a link.

I have ordered stems direct from IRD. Merry Sales handles everything. They

Anyone have any experience with these? Or ordering direct from IRD
I have used the Neos, the touring and the Mini-Motos. If you don't need
clearance for tires larger than 42-45 then the mini-Motos are a great choice.
They modulate and are really powerful. They will clear a fender and a somewhat
classic look. For V-brakes, that is.

People are heading to RBW HQ and BBH so there will probably be some rides.
Hot weather today. Might hit 100 on Diablo.
But you never know.

On-One UK sill has 25.4 in white.
Another option would be the Origin 8 Gary II bar. Pretty similar shape. A
bit more drop. Probably worth the $30.

I just measured the BBs on the Bombadil. Just under 47 at about 50 psi. Synergy
rims. These have been on the bike for a month or so.
Would be tight if it works.

What can you fit on the bike?
Hetres might be a little delicate for some of the routes. I have a few
tires at home so might have something that could work as a loaner set.
The perfect tire would be something like the upcoming 650B Rock n' Road. Or
if the WTB Nano was made in 650B.
Oh well.

I think for now I'm going to leave the Hetres in place and bring a back up
tire. I'll pick careful lines. :)
