My wife who is 5'3 with a PBH of 74 develops knee pain during rides longer
than 10 miles. As she has been easing into cycling over the last year, she
rides exclusively in her small chainring (24) on her Sugino XD2 triple 46-36-24

forward on my albatross bars. They provide a nice place to hook my thumb or
index finger if I am leaning forward and gripping the bars forward of the bend.

Philip, Desert Solitaire is one of my favorite books. I find myself
rereading the first few chapters every year. In Desert Solitaire Abbey
masterfully conveys the beauty and magic of an area I love and never get to

During the cold and snowy days of January, my wife and I thought a multi-day
bike tour with our middle school aged sons would be a fun way to spend spring
vacation. Unfortunately weather during the last full week of March in the
Washington, DC area can be quite unpredictable. A cold and damp

They were fast, but they spent much time at the rest stops answering questions
about the bikes so they passed us several times. The riders were having a
blast. The bikes made me smile every time they went by.

dispensed in a recent thread here, I removed and regressed my pedals and
cranks. The ticking went away. So that will be my first remedy to try on the
Atlantis.
