I am 5'11" on a good day. My PBH is 82CM. I really want a Sam but am not overly enthusiastic about running 650B wheels and tires. Would really prefer 700C. I have lots of parts on hand and all of it is 700C. The challenge is that the 54cm Sam they sell these days requires minimum PBH of 83CM
