Armand,

I have a small olive xpac Fab's. I fitted my rack with it, and did a ride
or two before I had to sell the bike. It's as new.

PICTURE

Would like to get 220 shipped in the US.

Drop me a PM if interested.
Cheers!

[RBW] Supernova E3 pro2...but dont want to run the rear light?

2022-06-18 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Lighting is one area that completely baffles me. Well, anything involving
electricity for that matter, so I generally rely on those with more
experience lest I end up cooking myself or the electronics.

Here's what I have on hand to work with. SP SV-8 front hub, Supernova E3 2
pro front light, Nitto rack or equivalent, rechargeable rear LED of some
sort. Fork has provisions for internal wiring hub to light, frame has no
considerations.

Most of my riding is during daylight. When I need a light, it will
primarily be off road and for purposes of seeing, not being seen. I have
several extremely capable rechargeable rear lights for use when needed, so
I don't want to permanently route cables to the back of the bike. That
said, the E3 light has dedicated rear wiring I need to deal with. Can the
rear wires be "unplugged" or are they soldered in? I don't want to ruin the
light by clipping them off. I know they're not absolutely needed for the
front to operate since I've never had a rear light attached and it worked
great.

Any better wisdom on dealing with the wiring? Am I better off ditching the
E3 and going with a "simpler" front only model? If that's the case, any
recommendations for something that would suit the need, preferably in
silver?

[RBW] WTT / WTB BxB Goldback Medium yellow/rust for Navy??

2022-05-06 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Goldilocks problems with my Goldback. Absolutely LOVE this bag and own two.
My first one is solid rust, and when I added a second one, this was the
closest match I could get. It's a tri-colore with a yellow flap, rust side
pockets, and tan underbelly.

It's in immaculate shape and has only used on a couple dry rides as a
second bag. My rust one lives on the bike. It's the V1 medium, comes with
the BxB voile straps.

Would love to trade for the same bag in navy. Waxed, cordura, x-pac
whatever. I would also consider rust, olive, grey??? I either want to
match, or be completely different. I would also consider trading the pair
for a set of navy.

I'd also be willing to buy a navy if you have no need of a trade.

[RBW] WTT / WTB some tires! Looking for WTB Byway 700 or Treavail Rampart 700

2021-06-06 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Having a Goldilocks moment...I've got 5-6 sets of tires in hand...none fit
my bill. Building a 700c "allroad" and all my tread is either 650, non
tubeless compatible or knobby.

Would love to find someone in an opposite situation to make an even trade
on a setanyone holding??

What I want: WTB Byway 700x40 Tanwall or Treavail Rampart 700x38 Tanwall
Similar lightly used condition is fine.

What I have:
650B:
WTB Horizon 650x47 Tanwall - Used 2 times on bike path. (Less than 50mi)
WTB Sendero 650x47 Tanwall - Used 4-5 times on gravel bike path (less than
100mi)
BG Rock n' Road 650x43ish Tanwall - Mixed surface use (less than 100mi)

700c:
Panaracer GravelKing SK 700x43 Tanwall (more brownish) new in the package
Soma C-Line 700x38 Tanwall/Terracotta tread - Used for 1-2 rides (Under
40mi)
WTB Nano 700x40 Black/black - Used for a photoshoot (Under 5 mi)

Might have some MTB stuff too if need be. Drop a line and I'll dig.

Totally! The braze ons are crazy. including the 3 sets of bottle bosses,
there are 22 attachment points! I really liked having the two main triangle

This IS a 54.5cm frame. Accounting for the slope, the effective TT is 56.

Huh. According to the geo chart I linked, there is only 26" listed for the
54.5cm frame? But I happened to notice some other conflicting info on there
too, so lets clarify:

26" Wheels on this one

Physical measurements of THIS frame:
54.5cm Top tube measured center to center
54.5cm center to top

Could we argue this is a 53??
I understood Rivendell sizing was listed as the seat tube center to top? Is
this wrong??

The measurements of this frame feel very "ish" compared to that chart after
closer inspection.

[RBW] FS: Rivendell Atlantis 54.5 Frame/Fork + partial build - $1400

2020-09-03 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
This is the first of a consolidation needed on my part. The perfect
specimen of a Waterford made Riv Atlantis.

I've had a few Riv's and this one is BY FAR my favorite. It was the most
versatile, best riding, fitting, and looking. But if you're here...you know
these things.

>From what I know, the 54.5 Atlantisii are not terribly common. Where the 56
was a bit stretchy and tall, this one felt like it put the bike right where
I needed it for off road play. This is the more classic Riv geometry akin
to the first AllRounder, not the long chainstay current offerings.

GEOMETRY LINK

Please take note of the cosmetic condition. I can only describe it as
immaculately beausaged. If you're a hand wringer over paint chips and
surface rustrun...do not walk. Just look away. YES, there are chips and
scratches. No dents or damage. Could it be touched up or repainted...sure,
but I feel it would be a bit of a disservice to the history of this
beautiful beast. It's a proper tool that's been used correctly, and taken
care of. It will continue to do it's job given the same care. Frame and all
the parts are super clean.

[RBW] Re: A not-so-riv-ish Riv

2020-08-12 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
THAT is what a Rivendell *should* look like in my eyes. Perfect perfect.
The higher the bars have gone, and longer the chainstays get, the less I'm
interested in what they're doing.

I too was pretty devoted to the mustache bar, but after some wrist issues
from the past crept up again I had to switch them out. Little did I know,
the Albatross I tried on a whim became a huge favorite. It allowed me the
semi "aero?" position of the M, but with the relief of the grips.

Bravo on the ergo/M combo! And extra points for the Shimergo!

[RBW] Re: Walking boots -- not entirely unrelated to cycling

2020-02-24 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Figured I'd chime in being a boot wearer.

Despite the aforementioned "hipster lumbersexual" connotations, I think you
can get one hell of a good boot from them that is honestly still a fair
deal. Yes they have "boutique" and limited run models that command silly
prices (wait...is this the Rivendell forum...) but if you stick to the
basic line you can get a US made boot that can easily last 25 years with
resoles for @ 200-300 depending on style. As with every RW boot I've had,
sizing and break in are key. They all seem to fit a bit different. I wear
from 8-9.5 depending on style. And yes, they do seem good at fitting at a
RW store. Here are my impressions and advice on a couple styles.

Moc toe boots. Started with a pair of Irish Setter moc-toes back in the
80's when I worked for the family firewood/tree service. Wore them for
years, in every condition Colorado could throw at them, never took ANY care
of them, and would still be wearing them had they not been stolen. Now I
have essentially the same boot, but in a 6" high version. Classic moc 875.
Fine for walking, but maybe overkill. However, I can and often do spend all
day in them. Hiking (though poor traction), mechanic on foot all day, on a
motorbike across the country, a summer of carpet installing, and, gasp,
even to the coffee shop. I have even ridden the bike with them, but they
are heavy and clunky. As with every RW boot I've had, sizing and break in
are key. They all seem to fit a bit different. I wear from 8-9.5 depending
on style. And yes, they do seem good at fitting at a RW store.

Chukka (work version) Style 3140. These are probably my favorite RW boot.
Still US made, resoleable, treatable leather, but less chunky and lighter
weight. Still no lightweight by any means, but I've done many all day bike
rides in them. These used to pop up on the feet of many Riv riders not too
long ago. I don't follow as close anymore, maybe they still do? There is an
even lighter version called the weekender I think, but I have no experience
with them.

I also have a pair of blundstone's but find them a little odd fitting and
don't wear them often. I love the vastly lighter weight, and slip on
aspects, but they fit my foot really sloppy so I end up with a lot of
rubbing. I'm sure foot volume is the culprit. I messed with inserts to some
success, but they mainly sit by my back door if I need to run out to the
garage for something. And I'll agree with the above, no options for
re-sole, and the leather finish does not come back with proofing.

Now, if you're willing to go outside the "boot" and US made parameter, I am
a huge fan of Clarks. Specifically the heavier beeswax leather / crepe
soled versions of both the Chukka Desert Boot, and it's low top counterpart
Desert Trek. Both can be resoled, both can be re-treated at home, and are @
$100 cheaper than redwing. I have done 3 trips to Europe in my life, and
these were my shoe of choice each time. Our last one was 8 days straight of
walking tours, from 7am to often past midnight. I LOVE my Desert Treks for
walking. The one mark against them is water intrusion. The soles and
leather uppers are fine, but where they meet seem to let water in if you're
in standing water. Now it's never been a big enough issue for me to
address, but a simple treatment of that edge could fix it? I used to ride
bikes in my suede desert boots almost exclusively, but the elements quickly
took their toll on the suede uppers while the pedal pins quickly ate away
at the crepe soles. Grippy as all get out though!

Aside from motorcycling, I don't specifically swap footwear for differing
activities. Whatever shoes get call in the morning, often stay on till I
hit the sack, no matter what the day saw.

[RBW] Re: Thin Gripster alternatives?

2019-12-10 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Just wanted to throw my hat in the Race Face Chester ring. I've got the
VP's on two bikes and though no real issues, I've had to tinker with them
both. The Chesters have been great and get the most abuse and foul
conditions being on my dedicated MTB. I did find them almost too grippy,
but just kept taking pins out till they were juuust right. Nearly half I
think.

I will admit to taking a real shine to some Spank Spyke pedals after giving
them a test ride on Pondero's Bantam ADV bike. Something about the shape of
the platform felt ever so slightly better to me. I didnt spend enough time
scrutinizing the differences to my pedals to say what it was, but it felt
more natural. Basically I didnt notice the pedal underfoot. But at @ $120 I
could outfit every bike I have with chesters.

The only reflective areas are the printed logos. TNF on the left front and

Shoulder to shoulder seam: 18.5"
Shoulder seam to cuff: 25.75"

Cross post on some Rivvish, heritage type leathery wooly waxy cottony
goodness.

The great closet purge of 2019.

Unemployment makes you take stock...wow...I hang on to stuff WAY too long.
Most of these I outgrew or replaced, then just never moved them on.
In hindsight, I've been wearing bobish stuff for quite a while it seems.

For reference, I am 5'9" 155lbs 38r and fall somewhere between smalls and
mediums. See descriptions for fit. I CAN wear them all, but some bigger
than I'd like.

Hit me up for shipping, as these will be all over the board. Will combine,
and bargain on multiples. I'll throw in some ACW swag with each order too!

Re: [RBW] Re: Chacos vs. Bedrocks

2019-08-20 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
We should start a ROG Sandal Exchange Program! Thank you for the comments
on the differences, that was my take as well. I did notice there is a
different pattern in the footbeds between the regular and pro, so it made
me curious if that material was somehow different too.? Not sure I need
sticky rubber for water here in Colorado...I'm primarily a dry land animal.
But the NON 3D sounds the ticket for sure.

I suppose I'll throw my Z1 Blue Mens 9 in the ring. *Maybe* 4 wears on
them? PM if interested, I could snap some pics.

[RBW] Re: Chacos vs. Bedrocks

2019-08-19 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Interesting timing on this...I have been looking into the Bedrocks as well
with similar questions. I have a pair of Chacos and honestly cant stand
them. Or stand IN them more to the point. They make the soles of my feet
burn for lack of better description, are silly heavy, and I REALLY dislike
the toe loop. I wore Tevas for years, and I'm an avid flip flop wearer in
the hot months. Neither have been a problem. Kind of bummed on the Chacos
actually as they were the most spendy sandals I've bought to collect dust
in the closet. When Bedrock introduced with the originals, I liked all but
the super thin sole, now it seems the Cairn really hits that sweet spot.

My questions are regarding the difference between the Cairn regular and 3D
footbeds. I understand one is flat and one is contoured, but is the
contoured one a lot thicker or something? Pictures seem to show very little
contouring on the 3D aside from a small line under the toes, is that really
the only difference? I get the pro version has a stickier rubber, but would
be the same footbeds as the reg/3D right? Is there any benefit to that
little ridge?

2019-07-31 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
LOL, you guys are too much. Nobody beats Philips side hustle man, NOBODY!

As for custom, or commission, or whatever it's called...I had a lady
contact me to do a painting of her old Braun drip maker. I'm not sure if it
had some sort of sentimental meaning, as they were not markedly
prestigious, or even terribly attractive. But because of their use as props
in the original Blade Runner, I was well familiar with them, and actually
had the exact model tucked away in my cabinets. She loved it, and I enjoyed
doing it.

Doing the polished stainless moka pot was more or less a work up to do a
larger painting of the La Pavoni Europiccola machine. It's ALL chrome and
shiny...very intimidating subject. But I was super happy with the moka pot,
so onwards right?!

Been wanting to revisit some bicycle watercolors. I did a painting for Jay
Ritchey of his Hillborne, and a drum set for Jenny Klug a while back.

LOL! I'd be happy to do another moka pot painting. Matter of fact, the bike
shop I've been at for 13 years just folded, so I have been giving serious

expecting to be unemployed as suddenly as it happened...kind of caught me

2019-07-26 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
So it was recently brought to my attention that I completely failed to
announce to the RBW any of the new ACW goodies that have been rolling
through the store.

This list was the main source of revival for the ACW some years ago, and I
feel silly I neglected to keep current. So much of the "social" interaction
moved to IG that I followed suit. Weird thing is I'm on the RBW and IBOB
lists everyday.

Anyway, there are some enamel mug goodie boxes, a couple different patches,
some new stickers and buttons...and a painting or two.

So for those coffeeoutside types, and caffeine crazed cycling friends, go
check it.

[RBW] Re: Color coordinating bar tape on an Atlantis

2019-03-30 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Holy cow Jeff! Thank you for posting those two sites...very useful indeed.

As for the Atlantis, I'm partial to the reds on the grippy end of things. I
had mine done with maroon cloth tape when in drop bar mode and really liked
the combo. When I switched to albatross bars, I went with cork grips that
were fine, but recently had to remove/destroy them for a lever swap.
Missing the old hue, and wanting a bit more cush, I tried some ESI silcone
in red and dig it. Both color and feel.

That said, the Atlantis green pairs well with so many colors its tough to
go wrong.

[RBW] FS: Swift Ozette, Patagonia Fleece, Shimano Shoes, Redwings, Schott MUSA

2019-02-24 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Having to purge to keep the ship afloat. Some good MUSA Rivy stuff.

*Swift Industries Ozette - $165*
Size small, xpac material. Great condition, some coffee and dust staining
on the inside. Had a couple buttons on the front flap so you can see the
pin holes.

*Patagonia Fleece - $45*
Old school made in USA "sweater". Size small, but these had a boxy cut. I'm
a medium in most things, but this fits. Snug on me at the waist, opens at
the chest. Im 5'9" 155lb
Fleece is super thick and cozy. Excellent condition, clean, from a non
smoking/pet household
Pit to pit - 21"
Sleeve from shoulder seam - 23"
Length from bottom of collar to hem - 21"

*Shimano SH-MT32B Spd Shoes - $35*
Size 9 mens. Fit true. Worn exactly once. I have foot issues and was trying
to find an spd shoe to help...these didnt work.

*Also have some RedWing 8109 moc-toe oxford - $65*
Size 9, but run about a half size big IMO. Made in USA. Welt construction.
Same as the workboot, but low top.
Great shape, broken in, not broken. I used these to do carpet install
inspections because of the white non marking soles. Havent done that for 3
years thankfully.

*How about a vintage Schott Perfecto biker jacket? - $85*
Size 50! It's huge. Made in USA , complete with pile lining
Excellent condition, hardly any wear. I bought this in maybe 89 or 90? Used
to wear stuff WAY too big. To wit, I'm a 38reg suit jacket.
Clean, conditioned, WILD ONE!
Pit to pit - 25"
Waist - 24"
Sleeve from shoulder seam - 24"
Shoulder to shoulder across back - 23"
Collar seam to bottom down the back - 25 1/2"
And yes, the pile lining vest zips out.
All Talon zippers in perfect shape

Prices include reasonable shipping in the US
Paypal preferred.

Thanks!

though, we had a couple good dumps and there was plenty piled up. Right in
the middle of a corner I heard something hit the ground and bounce a couple
times. It took a minute for me to take stock and I could only surmise my
15+ year old Spyderco Delica had worked out of my pocket, dropped and
skipped off the trail into the snow. I searched for a good 30 minutes till
my fingers were numb and gave up.

I ride to the inlaws several times a year, and every time I went through
that corner, I slowed down like I was expecting it to just be sitting
there. TWO years later, I was on my way back for another carb fest but this
time the weather was nice, I was running early, and decided to stop and
brew up coffee in my fateful turn. While I drank my cuppa, I paced back and
forth through the brush on the sides of the trail again to no avail. So
giving up again, I crossed to the other side of the trail that would come
up the "inside" of the turn to walk back. And right there, in the middle of
the turn, not 4ft off the trial, I spotted a glint of metal. No possible
way I thought. I wear my knife in my right pocket, and this was a left
turn...if it came out, it would surely have bounced off to the right?! I
pushed back the tall weeds, and right there was my Spyderco. I just stood
there looking at it, my mind trying to come up with some alternate
explanation. It must be someone elses, I'm on prank tv, a squirrel moved
it...what are the odds I thought. I reached down, picked it up, and looked
at the clip. The old Delicas' clip was molded into the scales and the
patent info raised on it. Mine was worn nearly smooth, but in the small
recesses left, there was yellow paint imbedded from a fall and skid on some
curb paint. I licked my thumb and wiped off the dirt, and behold the
lo...no question, this was MY knife. I lovingly and securely stashed it
inside my swift rando bag and carried on to a bizarrely thankful
thanksgiving. That night after returning home, I cleaned, sharpened, and
oiled it and finally scratched that itch in the back of my mind.

The wild thing is, this was along one of, if not THE most heavily used
trails in colorado. The Cherry Creek Trail. I think I was more in shock
someone else hadn't found it. Anyway, I still have it, and it's journey has
made it even more endearing to me.

Well, of the 5 models listed on Compass, 4 of them are a claimed 157mm
wide. The only one different is the 146mm wide Galibier with Ti rails which
this is certainly not.

This one has steel rails, is @ 162mm at the widest point and @ 280mm in
length and weighs in at 508.8g

I'll go ahead and call this one the Aspin in cork pattern leather.

Steve,

The rails are steel, and I believe this is the Aspin model. I am not
familiar with the line at all and my initial search for info didn't turn up
anything. Once I got onto Boulder Bikes I had a better idea. If there is a
way to positively identify it, let me know. Aside from "Gilles Berthoud"
and "Brevet Depose" there are no model numbers or names I can find.

2017-05-10 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
I'll jump on the Ron and Jon train and concur with the spar varnish. I used
shellac on a pair a while ago and never liked the constantly sticky feel. I
heard about the spar varnish tip here and tried that on another pair. VERY
much improved the feel for me. I will admit the amber gives a nice look,
especially when running a honey saddle. However the clear spar looks great
with the natural Cambium if I want to get my matchy matchy on.

Recent job change has cut us to part time income and will more than double
our health insurance...we are scrambling a little, time to move out stuff
gathering dust.

First off, I have marked down mugs, tees and cycling caps in the ACW store
 for those caffeinated types.

Made in USA - 6 shirt lot: $150 takes all. Dont want to split it up.
MUSA grey seersucker - medium - worn but not worn out. All buttons replaced
because the originals cracked.
MUSA blue railroad - medium - worn and laundered twice
Filson twill - M/L - took out the scratchy tag - buttery soft - tough as
nails
Rockmount Ranchwear - 16.5x33.5 fits like a large - Picked this up at the
store in Denver, just not into the western I guess.
Woolrich flannel - medium - SUPER heavy weight, great for the cold trips
Railcar Fine Goods - tag is large, but fits like a slim medium

Stretchy offerings: Both as new
Giordana short sleeve full zip - Medium - $25
Pearl Izumi short sleeve - Medium - $25
Both for $45

For reference I am 5'9" @ 160lbs

Saddles: Mainly go-fasty, but not for my butt.

Bontrager Serano RL - new - $100
Fizik Arione - Rode it twice from new - $60
Prologo Zero TI rail - Used this one quite a bit, then swapped to the slim
cambium. Still in excellent/near mint shape - $50
Selle Italia SLR Trans Am Ti - Shows use, Scuffs on the edges, still in
plenty good shape. $40

[RBW] FS: Trek 920 racked, bagged, fat tired adventure touring bike

2016-08-16 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
This belongs to one of my co-workers and he has decided to sell it with
mybe 50 miles use. I thought it was worth a mention here. I looked
really long and hard at getting one myself, but at the time 54s were
backordered and I went a different way (which I now regret). Shortly after
he got this one and I have been admiring it sitting behind our desk since.

Anyway, it's a really cool bike and well thought out for long packable
adventure riding on and off road. Comes with the bags and extras in the
picture. I will vouch for the excellent condition, this guy takes extremely
nice care of his bikes. Drop me a line and I will put you in touch.

Jeff,

Good to hear the ceramic made it ok. This is my first go sending out
"glassware". They seem super tough, but for single orders, I got bigger
boxes to add more padding. ALWAYS happy with the embroidery work from

[RBW] Riv sighting in the wild!

2016-06-02 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
She didn't mention how/when she got the bike, but I got the impression she
wasn't new to Rivendell. We only rode for a short bit. I believe she was on a
lunch ride as she mentioned working at the nearby county building we were
headed toward. I love the "everything" bike mentality. Commuter, lunch bike,
century...uh huh.

[RBW] Riv sighting in the wild!

2016-05-31 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
WOW! First time ever seeing a Rivendell randomly while out riding. I
decided to take the long way home from work along a nice loop of path
through Denver. On a long straightaway, I caught up with a lady rider and
nearly whiplashed myself as I passed. Was that a...YEP...a very nicely
appointed Betty Foy. I slowed down and said "GREAT bike, that's the first
time I've seen a Betty". I think she was as surprised I knew what it was,
as I was seeing it. We rode together for a bit as she extolled just how
much she loved it. She uses it for everything from commuting to riding
centuries. I thanked her for the conversation as we parted ways at a trail
split.

Really cool encounter that made my commute home just that much better.

[RBW] ACW store just got a big revamp and restock for all you Associated coffeeoutside types.

2016-05-28 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
Over the last couple years I've had multiple requests for both tees and
ceramic at home mugs. Apologies for taking so long, but I have finally
dipped my toe in those waters.

Decided to try out a small order of custom cycling caps made in TX by Ellum
Bag Works. Plus new enamel mugs and patches.

Our weather has been quite off and on and seemingly the "off" has been
perfectly timed with my "on" to thwart my riding. Luckily it seems the ice
has broken and finally got out for some of my own coffeeoutside excursions.
It's amazing how recharging getting back on the bike is. Even with fitness
being in the tank, it's so good to get pedaling.

[RBW] Re: WTT / FS - Swift Industries, Cambium, Wool, Mavic shoes...more

2016-01-27 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
It's really nice, I just dont wear it anymore. I am a 38 in a fitted suit
jacket, but despite this being a small, it fits pretty roomy. I could wear
it OVER a suit. By todays slim fit standard, this would be a large. I used
it as a winter overcoat of sorts, usually with a shirt and sweater layered
and it's good for that.

I got it at Structure quite a long time ago. Not even sure if that store is
still around. It was $250 at the time. Leather is heavy and supple and took
on an awesome patina.

For reference, I am 5'9" and @ 160lbs. Wear a 15 1/2 x 32/33 dress shirt.
The coat is a drop shoulder style, and the sleeves fall to the first
knuckle on my thumb with only a tee shirt. Plenty of room in the chest.

I figured $75 and shipping

Cleaning out the cabinets. Organizing and slimming for a new rig.
Sales in the US please. Paypal preferred.

WTT: Ocean Air Cycles x Swift Industries Docena bag.
I wanted the Camo and chickened out, so I got the original Grey/Yellow
combo no longer being made.
Would like to trade for camo, or sell @ $250 shipped. Its in excellent,
near new condition.

WTT: New Cambium C15 natural, for the same thing in Black.

Mavic Alpine XL shoes, new in the box. Size 8.5 although I generally wear a
9, these fit. $100

Merino Skins wool top. Picked this up on a visit to Rivendell. Never wore
it. Marked mens small, it's stretchy, but it's REALLY small. $25

Barbour International Waxed Cotton coat. Same as McQueen wore. Made in
England. Mens small/med. Marked 38, but is quite roomy. Fits closer to 40.
$250

Other assorted clothes, frames, stuff.

[RBW] New ACW patches and hats for all you bag matching, outside coffee types

2016-01-16 Thread 'jinxed' via RBW Owners Bunch
I've had some request for a more "low key" color combo on patches that
would work well on the tan and olive bag fabrics. I had been wanting to do
a small run of camo hats and have sold out of the original ACW logo
patches, so a perfect primer for a new run.

I just added the new "woodland" edition patches to the store, along with
about a dozen camo hats. I have to say, the simple color way does look good
against my carradice and baggins...might have to replace my old ones. I'll
definitely be adding one to my olive shop sack.
