Re: [RBW] SFR Populaire Photos
Looks like fun. I'll need a lot of training to get into shape before I even think about joining though. :( Maybe one day I can see more fellow riv cult members in person... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups RBW Owners Bunch group. [RBW] Re: HS
- I did notice that Grant has been featured on http://pushingthepedals.com/ just before the announcement of the HS. - I also note more than a few of the bikes featured on http://pushingthepedals.com/ have single ring cranks with an IGH. - Also noted that there has been talk of a simple commuter bike. Deducing from what exists of the current model lineup, what could fit in, and what ancillary data has circulated, my guess is also that it will be a highly integrated IGH frame with provisions for internal wiring/cabling, chain-guard, disc brakes, lighting, along with the usual riv design philosophies. It's about as modernish as you can get, but outside of questionably proven new tech. For its purpose it will have be be somewhat plain to avoid looking like a theft target, with a durable (possibly power coated?) finish. But part of me has some doubt since a bike like this already exists in one form or another. Like the Retrovelo Rolf 14 model. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups RBW Owners Bunch group. [RBW] New A. Homer Hilsen Owner
Pics here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ediblestarfish/sets/72157626971753428/ I'm a local to RBW (live in the same city), just dropped in one day on a Saturday, two months later, here it is. :D Too bad it's so hot now, I barely want to ride in the daytime. :( -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups RBW Owners Bunch group. [RBW] Re: New A. Homer Hilsen Owner
Thanks for the comments. :) I'll be out on business travel unfortunately, but I'll update with some pics when I get back and post them to the rivendell flickr tag. The black metallic looks better in motion and in the sun where it sparkles more. On Jun 17, 6:39 am, Mike mjawn...@gmail.com wrote: I never get tired of looking at pictures of new Rivendells. Your bike looks great. Hope you get out this weekend. Perhaps you can post some shots of it in the wild. --mike -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups RBW Owners Bunch group.
