I'm in.
Partly because I was needing a new, "nice", sweater anyway, partly because
I already own and love a Riv sweater; the wooly pully commando sweater from
a few years back.
Pre-orders aren't a big deal to me, I'll either get the sweater or my money
back, so no concerns there. I trust Grants
That Gold and Cream is a gorgeous combination!

My 65cm AHH says RIVENDELL M#
It's a 2012 frame IIRC.

I was bidding in the $500 - $800 range, once it passed $800.00 I just
couldn't afford it.
66cm Rambos seem to be ultra-rare. I'll probably end up getting a custom
frame at this point I think.

My 65cm A. Homer Hilsen. To be fair though, it's the only Riv I own so...
I'll also say my
future-purchase-someday-when-I-have-the-money-for-a-new-project 64cm (or
maybe a 66cm?) Rambouillet will become my second most favorite.

I've been envisioning a Custom lately.
It'd basically be a Rambouillet/Roadeo with room for 700cx32 tires *with*
fenders, and AHH-style braze-ons for front and rear Mark's racks.

Fantastic!
That looks like a great grocery getter set up, but maybe a little heavy in
front? Maybe?
What's the brand/model of the bags in the front basket? They look like they
might work really well for me when I start commuting to work again next
year.
