I like using the front for my gear because it just seems a bit easier to
mount/dismount the bike in that configuration. Rear panniers have a time
and place, but just not for 99% of my riding.

I am intrigued by the Charlie Gallop. The random photos I’ve seen so far
make it look like a road, path, , rail trail cruiser that I need.

I go with Blue Lug. Shipping from Japan isn’t cheap, but it’s offset by
product costs being cheaper. So give it a look. Plus, it opens up the
opportunity to buy other Nitto, MKS, and Blue Lug goodies. Items arrive
quickly and well packed.

Panaracer Pro Tite for me. Found most other tires (like Gravel Kings and
Rene Herse) good, but more aspirational about the riding I “could do”

These weren't announced as 'back in stock', but I just found them on the
website. I got one from the first batch and find it very useful. Belt loops
on the back to make it a very nice hip pack for carrying the core
essentials.
Very common issue in the world of aging business owners where the next
generation has moved on from the family business and there's no external
interest in taking it on. Happens a lot in the world of tradesman

Gringineer is legit and Joel is great. I live in Minnesota and have worked
with him before. Some advice, if you need something and its not on the
website please contact him. His inventory is deep and vast - which makes it
hard to put everything on his page. Some good NOS gems too!
