I've seen them around - cyclocross.com has them, and I reckon there are
some other options. An evening dremeling down an old, wornout chainring
will yield a similar result! ;^)

not.
I took your advice and dremeled down an older big ring. That took some
effort and it looks 'pretty good' but not great. I may try again. a friend
of mine has a bunch of old 110bcd large rings that are all
