(which Analog Cycles sweetly helped me accomplish), but the weight of a Clem
should be nothing to you with the body measurements you
I don't think anyone will dissuade you from buying a big Clem L and even if you
bought one and changed your mind, you'd likely find an easy sale.
I find too many bikes overwhelming. My count is currently four, but I aspire to
reduce to two. (Can't seem to do it though).

I like smart bikes but have way to many. They do not make a Cheviot that would
fit me, I had but sold a jumbo mountain Mixte Rosco before building it up.
I am 6’6”ish 220-240ish with a 99.5PBH in my early fifties. Is there a
good/great reason to get a step through at this stage of my cycling

I always joked that I was a “guy’s girlfriend” because I love anything on
wheels, dislike cats, love dogs, have my own tools, don’t wear jewelry, and
only about 10 pairs of shoes. And your Clem is a 64, so you’re tall. Sigh.

Good point Alex! I used to work with a fellow who had a disagreeable German
Sheppard dog. The long suffering girlfriend finally put her foot down and told
him "it's me or the dog". He chose the dog.

Sorry to here about your predicament. I also have an Appaloosa and just got a
Clem L. I was super nervous “the boss” was going to be adverse also, but I’m in
the clear.
I sold all possible bikes, frames, etc...prior to the Clem arrival to free up
space and $$.
Let’s do something to keep Clem
I just bought my Clem L in green, but apparently I didn’t get the necessary
approval from the boss before making the purchase. So I’m selling it. It’s
brand new. 20 miles at most on it. I added a Clem rack on back too. Prefer a
local pickup here in Stamford CT, but have all the shipping
Wait 'til you've ridden the L a while, then kick the toptube trying to mount
your Appaloosa. "I never noticed that was there before." ;-)

Ordered. I have been admiring the Cheviots and Clem's for some time, and at one
point I was going to order a 59 Clem. Then I caught wind of the 64 Clem L and
yesterday snagged the first pre-order frameset in grilver.
As recently as 3 years ago, I may well have scoffed at the idea of a
