I ordered a Clem H in the intial pre-order group when Clems were originally
announced. I liked mine, got my wife a 45cm Clementine.
Mine was originally setup in commuter mode, but the past couple of years
it's been a kid hauler and in that setup I've wondered if I should've
gotten an L originally as I have a rear mount child seat which makes
mount/dismounting difficult.
I really like the swoopy seatstays, and have been waiting patiently for an
earlier 59cm Clem L with swoopy stays in grilver to pop up for sale. Well
one did on this list and I bought it.
So, we're now a 3 Clem household. I'll move everything over from my H over
to the L.
Now the question is what to do with the H. I have an attachment to it, but
it seems a little silly to have 2 Clems in the same color.
I'm thinking of putting big knobbies on it and tossing around the idea of
putting on bars other than sweptback bars. Maybe wide drop bars with a
short extension stem, maybe bullmoose or Wavie bars when they're available.
Anyone else have 2 Clems setup differently? Or I guess noticed any
difference in ride quality from H to L?
Suggestions on building up my H as a mountain bike?
