I bought a 59cm 700c Campeur from Velo Orange in December 2018 and never got around to building it up. Now, I have too many other projects. I mounted a pair of wheels into the drop outs with a few resulting paint scuffs, otherwise the bike is perfect. Included in the price are unmounted 50mm 700c VO snakeskin fenders and Tektro CR710 Low-Profile Cantilever brakes bought from Velo Orange along with the frame and never used.
