Justin, Marathon Supremes would be my personal rec. after trying them on my SimpleOne. The 42-622/700x40C model left room for fenders when mounted on Open Pros - though I never did install fenders with them. They're 495g each, but designed to be as little tank-y as a Schwalbe tire that will last
