I wear a 7 3/4 hat (~63 cm head size), so I feel your pain. For my "swoopy" (aka well ventilated for summer) helmet, I use a Giro Savant XL. For my non-swoopy helmet (less-ventilated, better for cold weather), I use a Bern Brentwood XXXL. I tried the XXL size and had to return it for the

Whelp, my trusty old Specialized Propero is approaching its eighth year on my rather prominent noggin, and I fear it's time for a new one. Large, 57-63cm, needs to fit on kind of a wide head. I'm willing to pay good money for something nice, but hopefully less Star Wars swoopy than this one.
