[RBW] Nitto m12 rack install now brake problems...

What did I do? I went to put my the rack on my Atlantis. Well I wasn't paying attention and tightened thebolt to replace the brake studs I tightened and realized and loosened and corrected. Well now the brake has zero spring tension and I could barely get the damn thing off the brake stud.

Probably overtightened and mushroomed the stud slightly: Cantilever brake mounting bolts (front especially.) If these are overtightened, they can mushroom the ends of the cantilever bosses, causing the brake to bind up. -Sheldon Brown It's pretty common. Likely you can get the diameter back to
