It's certainly a possible. That size PBH is approximately 1/4" less than mine (0.275591"). If I measure my AHH seat post vertically instead of at the seat tube angle, that would put the saddle rails almost 3" above the top of the seat post bolt. The top of my top tube in front of the saddle is
