Happy to report that this guy works quite well on a 11spd. For the time
being,
I swapped out the jockey wheels from my 105 derailleur and on the stand it
works great. We'll see once I put wheels to dirt/pavement.

I have had really good luck with the Velo Orange replacement pulleys, although
it appears that they are out of stock of the 11t replacements that would be
correct for that derailleur. I've also used 10t replacements and they also
worked just fine. There are a variety of options on ebay and
I picked up a Rapid Rise derailleur medium cage (RD-M951) at the Nutmeg tag
sale. It's missing the lower jockey wheel and the wheel that it had was
secured by a (hex head) parts can replacement.
