Love the way you've set up your Bombadil. What a dream bike! Thanks for
sharing the photos.

Dave,
Did you suffer a post-ride breakout from that poison oak? My neck was sore
for a week after my spill that day.

Nice setup and write up, thanks for sharing. Those dirt drops look fun!
And at least you didn't crash
Very nice ride. A 60cm Bombadil or Hunqapillar is one my wish list.

Always good to get out and what a great steed to do it on!

BenG - apologies those are RM14's not 13's... I have ridden a fair amount
with 46 and 48cm Noodles and really like them. I used the 46cm Noodles on
my Bob Jackson this week even. I find the RM14's setup the way they are on
the Bomba to force me into the drops more than I do when riding Noodles
Dstein - no poison oak thank goodness!!
Dedicated mountain biking like this isn't something I've done allot of.
Awfully different from my standard commutes, and the rail trail point to point
rides I've done. It is a great example of the diversity of fun activities you
can do on a bike.

Really cool bike! I have RM-014s on a bike, and I really like them. I ride all
my dirt drops in the hooks most of the time. I feel more control and confidence
in the hooks, for sure.

Nice setup and write up, thanks for sharing. Those dirt drops look fun! And
at least you didn't crash into a patch of poison oak like I did on my
hunqapillar recently while trying to get back on the bike from an almost
crash a second before!
