If I were you, I'd probably just nurse it through. If the problem continues maybe look into the Lon Haldeman break-in method, though it's too late to do it now before your ride this weekend, because you need at least a couple of days to complete the process. I've never had to use this method myself, but have heard good things about it and, after all, it's recommended by Lon Haldeman<http://www.raceacrossamerica.org/raam/raam2.php?N_webcat_id=55> .
