As Eric noted the Indianapolis shipment arrived on Saturday. My wife and

After reading the post by Pudge I called Rivendell to place an order. I
spoke to Kevin and he affirmed that they will send a catalog with any
order. I ordered the bell that Riv sells with a headset spacer mount. I'm
