Explaining my previous post, seeing the Smart Sam Hillborne with drop bars at Riv made be want to copy it as soon as I could. I got the tires but not the handlebar, so in posting my own with the Albatross bars, I wanted to share the fact that the Smart SAMs just clear it with Silver brakes.
