I had a VO Rando when I lived in Illinois. It wasn't a Riv, but was a very
nice bike. Mine had Schwalbe Marathon Supreme 700x32 with Honjo fenders.
The front rack mount had to be bent over the brakes and clearance was a bit
tight, but it did fit together and seemed to work well for the paved
I have one of these---2, actually---set up similarly to yours, so I'm not
in the market but wanted to tell anyone considering it that it's a great
model. The ride is smooth and really comfortable, just all-around
terrific. In my opinion the only drawback is that max tire width with
fenders
