Yes, the black frame is one of the last Kogswell P/Rs produced. I'll
probably sell that on the iBob forum.
I've been having trouble figuring out Flickr and had that album from before
this offer so used it.
Anyway, price is OBO and you might be close enough so we could arrange a
meeting.

The link appears to have pics of two different frames. One set has
braze-ons for canti-levers or V-brakes, and mounts for a rack on the fork
crown. The other set of pics appears to be the Riv Road from previous posts
to this thread.
