Thanks Dave, the Jackson build has me very excited and is keeping me from
obsessively checking the status of the Saluki powdercoating... the DT
shifters are in, I'm going to try and do the drivetrain overhaul tonight.
If I make it I'll post some pictures.
The Bombadil is a very nice dark royal
Justin and Michael, if a CO ride is planned, please keep me in the loop.
(Especially if it starts or finishes near DC/MD metro area.) Neither I nor my
bike are ready for an overnighter, but I'd like to ride along on one of the
days if possible. Maybe start a new thread on this topic? Cheers,
Just wrapped up the drive train upgrades on the Bob Jackson. Couple
pictures and a link... ride pictures soon, maybe early next week!

I know of a few people interested in a CO overnighter. If a date can be
decided I can help get the word out.

The Jackson build sounds exciting!
That Bombadil color is very nice, too. Is it metallic?
Glad to hear you are doing better these days and getting rides in!
I see that SON just came out with a wired dyno driven seatpost light and
also a rear rack light.
PS - I've never done an overnighter, but I would love to ride the CO. So
keep us posted.

Tony,
Good to hear you're 'back in the saddle', and looking forward to seeing the
Saluki re-born.
I know where that picture was taken! I stopped there yesterday while out on
the QB. I think they're going to put a Bike Fixtation there.

agencies pick up on that. Locally we have some spindle drum fixtures with
the bike path system map on them, but you have to know where you are to
figure it out. They are no doubt cheap seem low maintenance, but not

thing better than a solo weekend ride is one with friends!
Doug I'm sure you are right, the fact that Riv's are so good at so many
things constantly inspires the imagination!
