Patrick, my camera skills are not the greatest, but thank you for the compliment! Tom, I ended up with the microshift 9 speed advent clutch deraileur and shifter. It works well enough, but doesn't look as nice as the silver bits, sadly. The framebag is a custom from Rockgeist bags:
