Nice, I might visit the Hatagaya as it's only 20 minutes from where I'm 
staying in November. Nice that you ran into Clint as well. I've only had a 
few interactions with him, but he's super friendly.

Manny, it was a great pleasure meeting Ashley and you.
It definitely was worth taking time to go to Tokyo.

Looking at your pictures... hmm... I never knew such places existed in 
Japan!
What I see here in Nagano are mountains and rivers and trees.
I'll have to visit Mori Museum!
Hope you also enjoy your visit to Kyoto.

I'd love to visit California and meet you and Riv people there some day.

Sounds like a wonderful trip & esp. great first experience for Ashley 
overseas.  So many photos; you never put the camera down.  Amazing those 
light show things.  Yea, that makes Japan look like a must-see.  Hey, you 
take different photos than Jan Heine does.  Variety is good.
