Ambrosio is easy to misspell as the dessert name; he's just quoting standard Rivspeak for the tire clearance, and makes it clear that's what he's doing; extended top tube for Rivendell means he's thinks the toptube is kinda long for a 61cm Rivendell. I asked him to please post the S/N from the BB shell and he said he would do so later in the day. I think it is legit. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups RBW Owners Bunch group. To post to this group, send email to rbw-owners-bunch@googlegroups.com. Not that I know the guy or anything about the bike, but from what I have read the guys on the waterford line are not always bike people. I know it sounds shocking but many of them a just guys working an a factory on metal things. Maybey he got a heck of a deal 15 years ago on what was just a bike to him, thought he could give it a go, and now he needs some cash? you could always give waterford a call and ask if you were really concerned. As for the details you should be able to find what you need on Road Standards, they were, well Standard Rob On May 19, 5:48 pm, Bruce fullylug...@yahoo.com wrote: So, here's a Road Standard that looks like it has been repainted, maybe not, and the seller says he was a framebuilder at Waterford and bought the bike then, but he can't recall the date on this frame, somewhere 1995 - 1998.
