Hello, The saddle height from center of bb to top of seat is 79cm. My PBH is 89cm. I'm 6'2" This frame was listed for a max PBH of 87cm I believe but it has the same seat tube length as the Roscoe #2 which had a minimum recommended PBH of 89cm. Hello, The stem is a Nitto fillet brazed stem with a 25 degree rise by 135mm extension. I've had this stem for over twenty years before putting it on a bike. The bars are Specialized Globe bars.
