I don't think you were trolling. I do think the bike in question is not
very Rivish: skinny skinny tires, carbon wheel, saddle rails, & fork, aero
bars, radial spoking, STI shifting, huge saddle to bar drop and no way to
raise the threadless stem, racing gearing and geometry. Apparently the

that bike is really beautiful. Reminds me of a bike version of Tom Kundig's
industrial-modernist architecture. Practicality without even a clear coat
is another matter. I remember seeing a picture of an unfinished Roadeo once
where the clearcoat had worn
