The slice has held steady so far, those grips are pretty thick and hard to
tear. No squirminess for me, but this is with a bolt-upright riding position on
an e-assist Clem L..I'm not grabbing those grips very hard.

Pretty. Do you fear that slice might elongate? And is it squirmy where it's
cut? Some thin cotton bar tape feels good over those rubber grips, and
would keep it wrangled.
