What was the defect? I just set some Big Ones up tubeless, 1 that I had from awhile back in the rear and 1 new for the front from Jenson that I purchased when they were closing them out at $25. The Jenson had two pinholes on the sidewall that had an extremely hard time sealing with the Stan's sealant. It worked in the end but was pretty frustrating. Which Compass tires did you go with? I don't find they offer anything fat enough for my Clem. That being said I just threw on a set of Nobby Nics lol. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group. [RBW] Re: WTB Clem Smith Jr H Style 52
You won't be sorry. The Clem is incredible. Once you get it dialed in, there just isn't anything like it in my humble opinion. I added Compass tires and a brooks seat. Puts a smile on my face every time. 650B is the perfect wheel/tire. I think Grant made an extra effort to compensate for the value engineering. He put a little extra something into the Clem. You'll see. [RBW] Re: WTB Clem Smith Jr H Style 52
Hi Doug- I have a green 52cm Clem H complete that I'm looking to sell. My wife bought it but ended up deciding it was too big for her. It was one of the former Riv demo bikes so it has a nicer build than the stock ones: fillet brazed bosco bullmooses, the nicer cartridge bearing silver hubs, Shimano CX50 canti brakes, Schwalbe Super Moto tires, etc. I also put indexed trigger shifters on it but still have the stock friction shifters if you want those. Don't have current pictures and I still need to swap out the brake cables and housing before it's ready to sell, but I'd be happy to take some pictures tomorrow. I think we'd want something like $1200 for it. Where are you located? -Jeremy Till Sacramento, CA On Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 6:43:55 PM UTC-7, Doug H. wrote: > > Looking to buy a complete Clem Smith Jr H Style 52 cm > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
