I have bought Army surplus wool blankets on eBay...perhaps not Pendleton or Hudson Bay quality, but hey, from sheep's wool, nevertheless. In fact the Boreal Shirt made by Lester River Bushcraft / Empire Canvas is made from (new) Army blankets, and I think the wool is of exceptional quality.

You have to know what you are looking for first . 1. What of grade of wool ? You can get merino grade to just wool that are downright harsh . 2. Exact size you are looking for. Queen/King/etc is not enough to know as every manufacturer varies on what that is. 3. color/pattern and
