I have two Bombadils, an older parallel-undertube and a newer tentacular.
Older takes a 27.2 mm post and newer 26.8 mm.
Both fit 60 mm big apples on Dyad rims, although it's a bit tighter on the
older one at the chainstays.
I'm using 53 mm tyres (50 mm measured on 31 mm rims) on the older one
